Our Story

Blue Farm Catering was created when our family decided we wanted a break from cooking the same food every day at our restaurant - Eats & Sweets. Having met in culinary school, Wendy & Joe provide an extensive culinary background and strive to fulfill distinct event needs with excitement, creativity, and most importantly - real food made from scratch by our experienced team.

Meet Our Team

Wendy

Wendy holds multiple gold medals for state and regional VICA culinary competitions in Washington state. She then received 2 gold medals in 2 national culinary competitions and traveled to France to compete in a world competition where she placed in the top 10. Wendy trained under 2 culinary Olympic members and a master pastry chef.

Joe

Joe served as sous chef under former USA culinary Olympic member and executive chef of Greenbrier Resort and went on to be the youngest executive chef of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Wyndham Baltimore.

Sam - Pastry Chef

Starting as a line cook at Eats & Sweets, our Pastry Chef, Sam - the youngest of our family - has learned everything Wendy knows and has even surpassed her extensive baking knowledge. Now, she boasts expertise in creating delicious flavor profiles for her from- scratch cakes, patisseries, and other baked goods.
